I primarily work with online store owners who are interested in whether and to what extent their revenue is affected. In our report we focus on three elements: Has the number of phrases in has increased? Does this increase traffic to ? How does traffic affect revenue? This way the customer can clearly see how effective it will be. If the client has a local business set up to monitor form fills or discover phone numbers. So you will be able to provide your client with data in a report that will be more valuable to him than a table that simply contains phrases that do not provide him with specific knowledge.
Lack of expert help In most cases agencies have access to dedicated account managers. It looks good in the contract but in reality it means you are talking to someone who doesn't know much about the company and is just the link between the client and photo retouching the expert. Contacting them is very difficult (if at all) possible. Unfortunately I have seen partnership offers where expert services are only available in more expensive subscription plans (more than PLN) and not at all in smaller subscription plans. Customers were annoyed by their inability to get information from competent personnel and for answers to more technical questions.
Solution This should not be a problem when working with freelancers. With us I am directly responsible for the contact with the client so I am able to act efficiently and react quickly when needed which of course translates into profit for the client. In large agencies the specialist has too many clients to talk to everyone so the only solution is to include a clause in the contract regarding access to the specialist. Lack of Communication While agency salespeople are happy to contact customers before acquiring them things start to go wrong after the contract is signed.
