In order to be successful I believe myself and the team need to set goals for us at the beginning of the sales period quarter. Implementing clear goals allows us to agree on expectations. It’s helpful to know when we’ve done our job correctly or achieved our desired goalsbut I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if I'm performing as expected.
