Solution This should not be a problem when working with freelancers. With us I am directly responsible for the contact with the client so I am able to act efficiently and react quickly when needed which of course translates into profit for the client. In large agencies the specialist has too many clients to talk to everyone so the only solution is to include a clause in the contract regarding access to the specialist. Lack of Communication While agency salespeople are happy to contact customers before acquiring them things start to go wrong after the contract is signed.
